The public notice - Notice of Nondiscrimination is to be disseminated at least annually to students, parents,
employees, and the general public.
This notice is to be placed in all of the following documents prepared by the District:
A. Parent/Student Handbooks
B. Staff Handbooks
C. Course Catalogs
D. Application Forms for Enrollment and Employment
E. Recruitment Materials for Students and for Staff
To inform the general public, the notice should be sent to the local newspaper(s).
