A. Each employee of the School District shall file with the Director of Human Resources proof of freedom from
communicable tuberculosis according to law and the administrative guidelines of the Department of Public
Health.
B. The statement of freedom from communicable tuberculosis shall be filed prior to the 1st day of employment and
thereafter as required by law.
C. Such statement of freedom from communicable tuberculosis shall become a part of the employee's personnel
file and shall be available for examination by Department of Public Health personnel.
D. Expenses associated with this administrative guideline shall be the responsibility of the District for all regular
full and part-time employees.
