3143 Policy_Non-renewal of Administrative Contracts

If the Board of Education intends to non-renew a contract, it shall give the administrator written preliminary notice
by registered mail prior to the expiration of the contract, in accordance with the language of the administrator's
contract.
 
Non-renewal of administrative contracts shall be consistent with State law and with the provisions of the
employment contract between the Board and the administrator.
 
By mutual agreement of the Board and the administrator, the employment contract may be modified or terminated.
