3420 Policy Health Insurance Benefits

The Board of Education shall provide health insurance to all regular, full-time staff members in accordance with the plan described in the District's health insurance plan.

Staff members may either waive insurance coverage or revoke a previous waiver on an annual basis and in accordance with procedure described in the plan.
