The Board of Education values excellence and wishes to encourage in students the desire to do their best in all

things. It shall be the policy of this Board, therefore, to recognize outstanding accomplishment in the curricular,

co-curricular, and extra-curricular areas.

 

The Board authorizes the Superintendent to develop a plan for recognition of outstanding student achievement

based on well-defined, consistent criteria and standards.
