Upon a two-thirds (2/3's) affirmative vote of the Board of Education, the Director of Business Services shall prepare
the data and applications regarding the borrowing of funds needed for the immediate operation of the District. Such
borrowing shall be in accordance with the provisions of 67.12(8).
Quotations shall be solicited for all short term loans which the Board has authorized. Funds shall be borrowed from
the responsible organization offering the most favorable terms, as approved by the Board.
