Deposit of Local School Funds
A school or the Recreation Department shall have funds on hand for day-to-day operations. Monies on hand
exceeding the following maximum on any given work day shall be deposited at the appropriate local bank:
Elementary Schools - $300
Middle Schools - $400 High Schools - $600 Recreation Department - $500 If large sums of monies are collected that exceed the above limits and a regular deposit cannot be made, a night
depository at the bank shall be used.
The school building principal/Director of Recreation shall be responsible for having the deposits made as outlined
above and in accord with established procedures.
