The administration of the District may require the sale or disposition of real property no longer necessary for the maintenance of the educational program or the operation of the School District.

Approval of the Board with a super majority is required for the sale or disposition of real property five (5) of seven (7) members) only following at least three (3) posted public hearings on the matter occurring over not less than 120 days. Further, this policy may not be amended during any such 120 day period.
